Text message notifications

1. Program. Omnitech NY Inc sends automated operational text messages, such as new-order alerts, to employees of our client businesses on behalf of those businesses. No marketing messages are sent.
2. Consent. Messages are sent only to people who have agreed to receive them, either in writing or verbally to Omnitech or to their employer.
3. Frequency. Message frequency varies with business activity, typically a few messages per day.
4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
6. Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact office@omnitechny.com or (845) 492-8838.
7. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our services are provided under the agreement with each client. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
