This policy explains how Omnitech NY Inc ("Omnitech", "we") handles information, including mobile phone numbers used for text-message notifications.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide our services: business contact details (name, email, phone number) and the data our clients give us to process. For text-message notifications we store the recipient's mobile number and a record of their consent.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide the services our clients hired us for — for example, to send a client's staff an automated text when a new order arrives. We do not use it for marketing.

Text messaging and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that deliver the service on our behalf, such as our text-message carrier (Twilio), and only as needed to send the messages.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We disclose it only to service providers that help us run our services, or when required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold.
